Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Esgrey Alliance, provided by eBuildersLabs.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including change of mind. Every paid plan also includes a 14-day free trial, so you can evaluate the Service before you are charged.

How to request a refund

Refunds are issued by eBuildersLabs and returned through Paystack, our payment processor. To request one:

• Email ebuilderslabs@gmail.com from the address used at checkout, with your payment reference; or
• Reply to your Paystack payment receipt and copy us in — we action refund requests within two business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

Renewals and cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing section of your account or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; access to paid features continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us — we handle these fairly and within the 30-day window above.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory cancellation or refund rights you have under consumer law in your country. Where local law gives you a longer cancellation window than 30 days, that longer period applies.
