Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Esgrey Alliance ("the Service"), a collaborative financial workspace provided by eBuildersLabs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms and enter into an agreement with eBuildersLabs. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

1. The Service

Esgrey Alliance lets you record income and expenses, run budgets and savings goals, invite partners or advisers into a shared workspace with permissions you control, route purchases and decisions for approval, and generate reports and AI-assisted summaries. Features available to you depend on your plan.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You decide who you invite into your workspace and what they may view, edit, delete or approve. You are responsible for those choices.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

• use it unlawfully or for fraud, spam or money laundering;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• interfere with security — introducing malware, probing or scanning, scraping, bypassing rate limits, or accessing another workspace's data;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service, or circumvent plan limits.

4. AI features

Some features generate output using AI models. You are responsible for your inputs, for how you use the outputs, and for verifying accuracy before acting. You must have the rights to any content you submit, and must not use AI features to generate illegal content, hate speech, deceptive impersonations, malware, or to attempt to jailbreak the models. We may filter, refuse or remove outputs and content, and may suspend accounts for repeated misuse. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice; decisions you make remain your own responsibility.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You keep ownership of the content you enter, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and unforeseen events may cause downtime.

7. Plans, payment and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise, and any applicable taxes are included or added at checkout as indicated. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

eBuildersLabs is the seller of record for all orders and handles all customer service, cancellations and refunds. Card payments are processed securely on our behalf by Paystack, who never share your full card details with us.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period. After termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

9. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. General

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which eBuildersLabs is established, and disputes will be heard by its competent courts, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here with a new date.
